Digital Extremes have hosted its Halloween devstream for Warframe, and my god, where do we start?

There were more details on the upcoming Devil’s Triad, a reveal of a fun new mode, and an incredible announcement about the Android version of the game. So, let’s dive into HorRorframe, for today, if you will. I regret nothing.

Since last year, I have been sitting in a corner with my Razer Kishi Warframe edition controller waiting for an Android launch, and now we are so close. You can pre-register on Android now to be in with a chance of joining the closed beta test for Warframe happening in November. You get a Cumulus Collection for pre-registering, too, which is also fun.

Suitable for Halloween, we got more news on The Devil’s Triad. You will be able to create connections with Protoframes for Wisp (Marie Leroux), Harrow (Father Lyon Allard), and the devil himself, Uriel (Vice Regent Grand Carnus Roathe). If you pick up the Gemini skins, you might notice the voice talents of Elsa Perusin from Brawl Stars, Will de Renzy-Martin of Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake, and Final Fantasy 14’s Emet-Selch himself, René Zagger.

Amazing character and amazing work.

If you are looking for a challenge, then The Descendia will offer this on launch. It is a dungeon with 21 randomly generated floors that increase in difficulty as you go. The only constant if a meeting with one of the Triad every 7 floors, offering the chance to get cosmetic rewards. You can collect audio logs to uncover the Triad's past, and enjoy a handy checkpoint system that offers an easy way to pick up where you left off before the weekly reset.

As teased through The Old Peace demo, each Focus School will sport its own Ultimate move for some heavy firepower. Finding Wisp in The Descendia will grant you ancient items to remember forgotten Focus Ultimates. Digital Extremes will be dropping more information on these moves in the November devstream. And don’t forget, our Operator and Drifter will be enjoying a graphical overhaul.

Turning our attention to actual Warframes, Gyre will be the next to get the Prime treatment. And speaking of new shiny things, best segue, the Warframe and Starfinder adventure, Operation Orias, is available to purchase now. You can also check out some of the prettiest dice I have ever seen on the Warframe store
