Canada is getting it a week earlier, so if you need me, I will be in Ontario

I shall remain professional, but just know I am yelling “finally” and doing a job inside.

Soon - after many, many, many moons of waiting - the fated day will arrive. On February 18th, Digital Extremes will be releasing Warframe on Android. I loved Digital Extremes, but my god, what took them so long? Quality control? The nerve of them!

Dev Stream 192 had information on more things, but let us just bask in this for a moment. And the moment is gone, replaced by a sinister and evil painting! The Shadowgrapher update will introduce a new game mode, activated by diving into a haunted, abandoned painting. Just don’t try that at your local art gallery. Or do, but film it for us.

We are in the vague detail portion of a Warframe update cycle, so there is not a lot to go on right now. Which is a shame, because we also got a brief glimpse at the 64th Warframe; Follie. This warrior wields a brush instead of a conventional weapon and is inspired by inkblots.

They have a bit of work to do to top Uriel through, the 63rd Warframe. I still enjoy soaring through the sky with his Infernalis skill, singing “I came in like a meteor.” We will find out how Follie stacks up in the February Devstream. What we do know is coming, however, are more customisation options for the Drifter and Operator, as well as the ability to replay The Old Peace.

Speaking of aesthetes, Vauban will be the next to get an Heirloom skin, coming February 11th. A Year of the Horse skin for Dagrath will also drop on this date. Continuing this wardrobe update, deluxe skins for Gauss and Grendal will arrive with The Shadowgrapher update.

And what better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than getting together and shooting people in the face in the Star Days event? Taking place between February 4th and March 2nd, you can farm out some decorations, skins, profile cosmetics, and more.

Finally, check out how you spent 2025 in the Warframe Year in Review. Apparently, I used Temple more than my beloved Ash Prime. I have some grovelling to do.

Warframe is available from the App Store, and so very, very soon, Google Play
