Marsha is the first banner in Reverse 1999 version 3.3

Reverse 1999 is coming on March 5th, and you'll get to experience The Campaign's Tale main story. This time, the version begins with the debut of Marsha, followed by Igor. Both Marsha and Igor have the Beast Afflatus and deal Real damage.

In the story, Marsha used to strive to be a knight. That is, until she actually experiences the battlefield. There, she sees how fragile human life is, and how war is not at all what they romanticized it to be.

Seeing the ugly truth, Marsha chooses to change course. She left her dream of becoming a knight and picked up the medic case instead.

Marsha is a support character, following her role in the story

Marsha is a survival, buffer, and debuffer unit. Upon entering the battle, she grants Shield to all allies. This Shield also grants DMG Taken Reduction, further protecting the team. She can also remove Control effects and provide protection against Controls.

She's a great fit for Lingering Glow teams, since her kit works best around this effect. She can increase Lingering Glow accumulation, and when 3 Lingering Glow allies are available, Marsha increases the Burn stack limit on the enemies. Additionally, she increases allies' Critical DMG at the start of the round, scaling with the Lingering Glow stacks. Marsha also gives a Critical Rate buff with her Ultimate.

Finally, with her Skill 2, she grants Shield and dispels Stats Down or Negative Status from all allies.

All in all, Marsha's arsenal of supportive kit should unsurprisingly put her on top of the tier list, along with notable characters like Fatutu and Kiperina.
