Sword Master Story celebrates four year anniversary with four events

It has been four years since action RPG Sword Master Story graced our devices, and if you haven’t played it it is worth a look. To celebrate this milestone, Super Planet is pulling out all the stops with a party full of costumes, content, characters, and copious boosts.

First up, let's take a look at the shiny new character you can crowbar into your team; Yura. She is an Eastern Empire native who will wow you with her mysterious and seductive personality. She is a Leaf attribute fighter who will be able to dish out a huge amount of damage to your enemies.

Our second surprise comes in the form of a costume. Head to the Shop -> Pack Shop -> Moonlight Seduction Costume and you can pick up the eponymous Moonlight Seduction, Selene costume for free. It is a bunny-girl style getup, because of course it is, that features a unique skill cutscene and additional voice lines. Rather out of season, a Halloween bar-themed lobby background is also available.

After you have picked up Yura and this hoppity-themed monstrosity, head over to the Hall of the Gods. This is a monthly reset challenge that will pit you against formidable bosses on each floor. It will be released with 12 floors, to begin with, but the developers plan to expand this. Rewards will change each month, and character cooldowns will reduce by 60%, with Cain getting an extra reduction.

Finally, you can give your new Yura a supercharged kick in the behind thanks to the redundantly titled 4x Quadruple Resource Boost Event. Drops from Adventure and Labyrinth content will be affected, with the likes of Awakening Cubes, Transcendence Scrolls, and more getting the buff. Additionally, between December 20th and 23rd, Gold, EXP, and Awakening Cube Dungeons will also be included in the boost, so I hope you don’t have plans.
