Palworld Online opens pre-Registration in South Korea
We are one step closer to an Anubis in my pocket and I can’t wait
Fresh from beating Nintendo in multiple legal battles and releasing their own card game to celebrate, Pocketpair is breaking into South Korea by releasing pre-registration for the upcoming MMORPG Palworld Online. Or rather, Garena International II is. And in case you were worried the mobile iteration was going to dial down the cartoon violence, let’s not forget Garena are the hands behind the acclaimed shooter Free Fire.
As a quick disclaimer, since this pre-registration is only in South Korea currently, the information we have is translated into English, so it may be a little dodgy. For example, we are talking about “Falworlds Online,” according to this. So bear with us, please. Luckily, I have been loving Palworld, so hopefully we won’t get too lost.
As another testament to why we should love Pocketpair, Palworld Online is a faithful adaptation of the original. Not some watered-down version. There will be a massive world to explore with diverse biomes, including snowy mountains and raging volcanoes. You will also have your trusty glider to soar above the world until you forget about stamina and come plummeting to earth. God bless Celaray.

Shooting cartoon cats in the dome is so much better in Multiplayer
If you want more Pals in your Palworld, then why not recruit some real-life pals to bring their Pals to play with your Pals? In other words, there is multiplayer, so you can tackle the big beasties with friends. Or indeed, knock seven bells out of each other in the game’s PvP modes. See if you can catch your friends as well; why not? I have never tried that; it probably won’t work. But still.Of course, everything will be optimised for mobile. From Pal deployment to base planning and UI management, everything can be done with a flick of the finger. Palworld Online is truly the full game but portable. Which means I won’t be able to put it down when it launches here. Maybe it is good that it’s only in South Korea right now.
If you are in South Korea, you can pre-register for Palworld Online on Google Play now.
