See if you have what it takes to rule the court as Tennis Clash announce a new eSport tournamnet
I will always maintain that some of the most fun you can have in all of life is going toe-to-toe with a worthy rival in a video game, which is why the ever-growing expansion of eSports is quite an exciting prospect. This time, leading mobile tennis game Tennis Clash has announced the release of the ITF World Tennis eChampionsip.
Coming with full support from the eponymous ITF, the International Tennis Federation, this new expansion will feature a custom-designed WEC court, game mode, and multiple tournaments held exclusively in Tennis Clash, culminating in a yearly championship event where the best racketeers will meet. When discussing this next step in the partnership, ITF Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Fairweather, said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Wildlife Studios by launching the World Tennis eChampionship in Tennis Clash today.”

“We have already seen the delivery of several successful events in the game over the last two years, and we are sure that the World Tennis eChampionship will prove hugely popular. We are confident that the partnership helps to introduce more people to our sport and promote the ITF’s mission to deliver tennis for future generations.”
The World Tennis eChampionship will start off as an online-only event, a sensible move, and bring back the Future of Tennis String, an exclusive in-game purchase. As well as giving you a nice design and some decent buffs, 20% of the revenue from this item is used by the ITF to support young tennis players, a rather noble goal.
Tennis Clash’s Game Manager, Felipe Mendes, commented on this philanthropic move, saying: “Our partnership with the International Federation of Tennis continues to strengthen the connection between Tennis Clash and the real sport by not only bringing recognizable and official brands to the game, but by truly supporting the sport. We are absolutely elated to provide resources to the next generation of tennis players with every purchase of the ‘Future of Tennis’ string.”
Tennis Clash is available to download now from the App Store and Google Play.
