Puzzle and Dragons revists an old favourite in its latest collaboration

Gungho Online Entertainment Inc has decided the hit RPG Puzzle and Dragons doesn’t have enough dragons. So, starting today, they have struck up a collaboration with the renowned series Monster Hunter. Enemies such as the Malzeno and the dreaded Rathalos have made the leap until January 8th.

By logging in, all players will be granted one free pull on the Monster Hunter Memorial Egg Machine to grab the new event-exclusive monsters such as Garangolm, Pukei-Pukei and Lungaron. Getting as many of these characters as possible is recommended, as the Monster Hunter Collab and Monster Hunter Collab 2 dungeons will give the collab characters a boost when playing, and will grant your materials to evolve the Male and Female Hunter. The Monster Hunter Support Survey also favours players who use a Monster Hunter team, as it will give a 100% drop rate whilst guaranteeing one of the three types of Dango from beating the boss. This high-difficulty dungeon will give you a chance to gain the Latent TAMADRA (Extra Slot) and Super Snow Globe Dragon.

To prepare for the challenge, you can train with the Skill Leveling Dungeon Monster Hunter. This will reward the hunters and monsters you take into the dungeon with the same Skill as characters in the dungeon with a guaranteed Skill Up for the Character.

After all this training, take on the Urgent Quest! Magnamalo Descended! Mission, a challenging dungeon that will boost the parameters of Monster Hunter characters. If you manage to beat it you will net yourself a 6 Star + Monster Hunter Egg Machine for your trouble. Throughout all these dungeons you will also be racking up the Event Medals to trade at the event store for rewards such as the newly added Palico Male Hunter and Female Hunter for your team.
