Oldschool Runescape Mobile advert

It's Friday, and that means it's time for us to show you the games that you should be getting excited about playing next week. It's been a great week for releases (as you can see if you check out the games that are up for our game of the week award), and while next week isn't looking quite so shiny, there's still some impressive stuff waiting to be discovered.

And we've discovered it for you. You don't need to wander through the App Store scratching your head, because we've even included links where they're applicable so you can pre-order the game and then forget about it until you get a notification on your phone telling you that it's ready to download.

If you think we've missed anything out, then feel free to share your own suggestions in the comments at the bottom of the article. Click here to read some more of the incredible list-based content we create on the reg as well. Now, on with the games.

Trigger Heroes

- pre-order for iOS

This one's a cartoon-bright top-down roguelike that looks like it could be an awful lot of fun. You run around the vibrant landscapes shooting everything that moves. You can expect a few twists to the formula though. For one thing, you only need a single finger to play it, which is pretty cool.

Old School RuneScape

- pre-order for iOS

The classic MMO finally makes its way to mobile. It offers full cross-platform play, and you can pick up exactly where you left off from PC to mobile. Thanks to the older architecture here the data costs aren't going to be astronomical on the go either. This could well become the definitive handheld MMO.

Football Manager 2019 Mobile

- pre-order for iOS

If you're American, then this one's soccer not football, but you get the idea. It's a massive, expensive sim that sees you taking charge of the fortunes of a team from any number of actual professional teams from the real world. It's not one for the faint of heart, but if it's your cup of tea you're going to slurp it up.
