Dispatch is bringing its superhero shenanigans to mobile soon with a generous free trial
Soon you will have the ability to send a giant man-bat and a buff demoness out on missions from the palm of your hand
If you were anywhere online last year, then you would have no doubt heard of Dispatch, and been flooded with videos of it. With its star-studded cast and unrelenting humour, it fast became a hit, racking up over four million downloads. And it is a number that is set to rise with a mobile release coming December 09th.
For those who are somehow unaware of this phenomenon, Dispatch has you play the role of Robert Robertson III, a former superhero who is forced to retire from the front lines. He takes on a job as the dispatcher for the Z-Team, a group of supervillains Robert's employers, the Superhero Dispatch Network, are attempting to reform.
During Dispatch, you flip between two modes of gameplay. The first is the eponymous dispatching. You will review emergency calls and decide which of the Z-Team responds. Each has their own special skills and synergies with other members of the team, and it's up to you to decide who is best suited where.

The second is the narrative portion. Whilst watching events unfold, you will decide how Robert responds to situations. Each response can drastically alter the way your story unfolds, by forming relationships or isolating individuals if you aren’t careful. Most of the time it is hilarious, however.
There is good news for those who play mobile games wrong. Dispatch has also been optimised for vertical gameplay, so you can enjoy the story any way you choose. And of course, all the controls have been translated for a touch interface, meaning it has never been easier to order superheroes around wherever you happen to be.
That’s not the best part, though. Dispatch will hit mobile with the first four chapters available for free. That is half of the entire game, which is pretty hefty, and more than enough to decide if you want to drop the $19.99 for the rest. Which is honestly a pretty good price for such a well-reviewed game.
You can pre-register Dispatch now on Google Play, with the App Store following shortly.
