After releasing to a lot of acclaim in the Philippines, NetEase Games has announced a closed beta test for mobile gamers in the US and Brazil for Eggy Party. For those lucky enough to be in those regions, you can jump into the fun now, create your own egg, take on some crazy courses, and try not to get scrambled.

Eggy Party follows in the footsteps of other party games such as Fall Guys and Stumble Guys, and that is never a bad thing because they are incredibly good fun. You get to design your own little egg character, and then see if you can make them crack as you put them through a host of challenging and silly stages. If you fancy yourself quite the creative egg, then you can make your own stages using the creator mode. Design as forgiving or as foreboding a course as you desire, then send them out into the world for other players to take part in. It would be pretty cool to see your own designs raved about, and a shrewd move from the developers to keep interest in the game up.

Alongside the Closed beta is the release of the latest seasonal event, Take the Cake, because you can’t have cake without eggs. Moving on before the vegans attack, this new event will last until September 8th, and brings a massive ten new maps, such as Cakewalk, and Dessert Tray and, in a huge treat for connoisseurs of a certain YouTube series, we finally get to go to Candy Mountain.

Throughout the event, you can get yourself a host of new outfits for your enterprising eggy, such as the Beret and Skirt Outfit, Swimming Ring Accessory and the Matcha Cream Avatar Frame. If you purchase the Party Pass, you can also work towards rewards such as the Piemaker outfit, Chocolate Lava Hunter, and the Waffle Dwarf.

The Eggy Party Beta is available to download from Google Play for players in the US and Brazil.
