MU Origin 3 unveils Christmas events and a brand new summoner class

The greatest gift of the holiday season isn't family, food, or even that shiny new console. It is, of course, a new summoner class on MU Origin 3. The Diviner is a natural-born leader, capable of suppressing enemies, assisting allies, and keeping itself buffed up whilst also wrecking enemies, and isn't that the true meaning of Christmas?

Whenever the Diviner attacks, they impose the Contained state on their target, lowering this victim's stats and also inflicting Snare. Crowd-controlling these will lead to additional damage and buffs for the Diviner, and you will even be getting beneficial effects based on the number of surrounding teammates. Finally, when casting Defense Elimination Skills you will heal yourself and lower the cooldown time of other classes’ skills.

This update brings rewards for all, not just Diviners. Those at Master 1 class can unlock the Divine Star Ring - Eternal Dive Shield, giving you enhanced attributes and combat ability. Every 20 levels you upgrade this buy leads to Flory Imprints, which increases the Elemental Spirit Pearls and Eternal Divine Shield Star Rings. Get to level 100, and you will unlock the Star Circle appearance; the Shield of Immortality.

Now that you have your ring, it's time to tackle the daily limited-time Starry Demon King event, provided you have reached P9. This battlefield event can be taken in a team, or solo if you have the guts, with a higher damage ranking leading to more rewards. Stack up on Starry DMG Bonus and Starry DMG Reduction to give yourself the best chance. You can also use the Starry Sky Emblems you get here to level up your ring.

After you are all tuckered out from the battle, curl up in front of the fire with some nice Christmas events. The Daily Login Celebration will be hurling presents at you each day, including Summoning Scrolls, Maya Gems, and even a Class Transfer Card. The Exchange Event will task players with completing missions to obtain tokens, and then spending them on chat bubbles, Scholar’s Notes, Gold coins, and more.
