Stunning shooter Morphite gets a new trailer, arrives this September

Morphite is officially landing on iOS in September. The game looks like the space shooter we've been needing on mobile, and we're going to see if it fits the bill quite shortly. The game's a collaborative effort between Blowfish Studios, We're Five Games, and Crescent Moon.

It's shaping up to be an epic, story-driven shooter with a unique, geometric design. We're quite excited. If you're not sure why, watch the trailer (above) that released today.  The new video shows a good deal of variety in the game. You'll explore 15 planets as you venture out on a journey to the stars as Myrah Kale, a young adventure looking to uncover her past and her connection to the mysterious, titular Morphite.

Apart from a host of different planets to discover, the game looks to combine narrative-driven action with FPS and what looks to be some racing gameplay. 

Morphite arrives on iOS on September 7, with an Android version to follow later this year.
