Magikarp Jump splashes onto Android worldwide

If you're tired of Pokémon GO but still want something to satisfy your mobile Pokémon fix, Magikarp Jump may just do the trick. It's out now on Android devices the world over. While it looks like a simple arcade jumper, there's quite a bit more to it than that.  There is a good deal of jumping, involved yes. You have to train your Magikarp to build up its jumping power, so you can best other players in mean jumping feats. Where Magikarp Jump really hooks you is in its surprise collecting mechanics.

You can catch plain ol' Magikarp, but there are other, more exclusive varieties to reel in as well. You can raise your unique collection of Magikarp across generations if you so choose. For a little added spice, you have the option to even decorate the pond your Magikarp live in. It's essentially Magikarp Tamagotchi.
