It is time to save the holidays as the Christmas Village returns to Runescape

It's that festive time of year again when both the cold and those infernal songs are inescapable, and there are only two things keeping us sane; those spiced biscuits from Lidl, and holiday events in games. The latest company to cash in is Jagex, with the Christmas Village returning to Runescape from now until January 6th.

By heading over to this special area you will encounter Diango’s Workshop, and spend some time aiding an old friend. Santa has tasked Diango with spreading the Christmas cheer, but his workshop is nowhere near ready. Of course, it is down to you to fix this grievous oversight, or you can walk away like a true Grinch.

Decide to help him and you start the A Christmas Reunion quest. Here you will hunt down pixie helpers, craft their uniforms, and most importantly; make sure the breakroom is stocked full of goodies. Complete the missions and you will unlock the Diango’s Little Helper title, two Treasure Hunter keys, and access to the Workshops Skilling Activities.

After setting Diango up for success, head over to Santa’s Lodge and get to work for the big man himself. Deliver letters to earn yourselves points on the Nice List and you will be in with a shout of earning weekly rewards. Perform well enough, and you may even get your hands on the coveted Black Partyhat.

Taking part in the festive events will earn you a host of currency which you can spend in the Christmas Spirit Shop. Here you can warm up with hats and scarves, or decorate your home with the Holly Guard and Snowglobe Lantern. Of course, if you don’t want to put in effort for your treats, you are covered here too.
