Huge new update provides a bevy of content for Dead Cells mobile
The Dead Cells mobile adaption is receiving a new host of updates to give players a lot of exciting content to engage with. A new Boss Rush Mode will provide a new challenge, and the Everyone is here 2.0 update will give a huge new array of items to try out.
If you are getting a bit bored with the regular gameplay, you can take part in the new, for mobile, Boss Rush mode. This does exactly what it sounds like; pit you against a gauntlet of bosses that all want a piece of you. Manage to complete it, and you'll earn eight new skins, a weapon, a new skill, and a mutation.

While the bosses during the main game can be a challenge, it wouldn’t be much of a new mode if you just fought the same enemies, so Boss Rush kicks it up a few notches. You will face 4 trials with bosses who have all been enchanted in various ways. Maybe The Concierge will have some buddies to make that bridge arena even smaller, or The Time Keeper will sprout a new limb for a third sword.
To continue Dead Cells crossing over with almost every other indie game in existence, you will soon be able to deck yourself out with 6 new Outfits, Weapons, and some interesting new lore rooms to dig into. For those looking to control the field a bit more, Jacket’s baseball bat from Hotline Miami will give you the ability to stun, or you can grab the Starfury heavenly sword from Terraria to rain down meteors on your opponent.
One of the more interesting-sounding weapons being added is the Diverse Deck from Slay the Spire, the card-based roguelike. This weapon will give you the ability to use skills from each of the four characters, which sounds like it will provide players with a wide moveset to master. There are more to discover with their own playstyles to give you a fresh new approach to each run.
To start enjoying all the new goodness, download Dead Cells now from the App Store and Google Play.
