Futurama is finding a new home on mobile in TinyCo and Fox Interactive's new game, Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow. They're really doing it up, bringing on board Futurama creator Matt Groening along with the original cast and writers. TinyCo wants the game to be a faithful recreation of the cartoon series' signature goofs.

We don't know what the game will be exactly, but we have been promised fresh Futurama stories. TinyCo did make note of Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff in their initial announcement, the first game they made in partnership with Fox. The Quest for Stuff, as the name suggests, was a quest-heavy game that was jam-packed with IAPs, but was still a decent bit of fanservice with the quality writing you'd expect, and faithful visuals as well. I'm guessing we'll be seeing more of the same in Worlds of Tomorrow.

The game will be released "in the near future" on iOS and Android.
