Channel the power of Orochi with two new characters in King of Fighters Allstar

An ancient evil has reared its head again, with the introduction of two new tainted characters in The King of Fighters Allstar. The fearsome power of Orochi, sealed for hundreds of years, has leaked out, bringing with it a duo of fearsome combatants to recruit, as well as some new events, because evil needs fun too.

Our first new corruptee is Orochi Shermie, a Red Element Attack-type fighter, with a Leader Skill that increases the ATK of other fighters of the same type, making her perfect to lead a very offensive team. Her unique skill procs whenever she hits an enemy with her Active Skill, calling down the Thunder God’s Punishment. This deals additional DMG per lightning Stigma stack on the target, a very powerful character for aggressive players indeed. The second fighter is Orochi Chris, a Purple Element Attack-type fighter, what other type suits the Orochi? His Leader skill increases the ATK of the same element, which is good however he might be better paired with Shermie to benefit from her skill. His Unique Skill deals Darkness DMG upon attacks and adds Darkness Stigma to your foe, and if you land a skill on them when this is stacked, they will be removed and be hit with strong Physical Damage.

You can power up these two insane-sounding new characters with the customary battle cards. Orochi Shermie will increase caster ATK for a period when a Special skill ends and Orochi Chris will increase DMG of his Active Skill for a time, again, when a Special skill ends, so they both lean to more aggression which suits.

The new Rush Dungeon, Our Memories, focuses on the two new characters, rewarding coins to trade at the Exchange Shop. Our new Challenge Dungeon, Resurrected Power of Awakening, will net you a multitude of items upon clearing. Finally, there is a Special Relay check-in, Lucky Chance, and carnival events to celebrate Allstar’s fifth anniversary.
