Buckle your seatbelts for a world of fun with Crash Course Builder

Some of the best times you can have in gaming are with a title that just strives to be utterly chaotic and see how far its player base can fly after they hit an explosion. It is incredibly good fun, and judging by the first looks of Wombat Brawlers' upcoming Crash Course Builder, they will join the ranks of the best.

Crash Course Builders is Fall Guys was an endless runner in karts, but instead of failing when you hit an obstacle you instead ragdoll across the map, most likely into another obstacle. You have the seemingly simple aim of going from the start to the finish, but dear lord that will be a hilarious, unforgettable journey.

Looking at just this first announcement trailer, it is already clear that Crash Course Builder is not going to be for the faint of heart. It starts off looking like average racing, but in the second half, everything ramps up to an insane degree. The obstacles come at you thick and fast, the speed is unfathomable, and that is just the developer levels before you factor in people making their own courses, which is definitely going to be key.

When this game releases and those manic little pixies from the creative modder community get a hold of it, then it's over. They will take this game and all its tools and go I wonder what's the fastest way to make a grown human cry. Modders are devious little imps, and we love them for it, and these player-made courses are going to elevate Crash Course Builder to another level.

Of course, let's not forget the Wombat in the room. The fantastically named developers have revealed that there will be season base content, with official new courses being regularly released, as well as new karts, characters, and most importantly, new obstacles. Crash Course Builder is already looking like it will be an incredibly fun time when it releases on mobile, and that vague, far-off time of early 2024 can’t come fast enough.
