Lego Bluey has launched and has a lot to offer adults as well as children

If you listen closely, I am sure you can hear it. The sound of a thousand joyous screams merged together to create a deafening roar. The sound barrier being obliterated as millions of phones are ripped out of owners' desperate grasp at supersonic speed by ravenous children. There is only one possible explanation. It is that unstoppable children's juggernaut. Bluey.

This time, she and her family are in block form, as Lego Bluey has launched. Now you might be tempted to write this off as another children's app, but I wouldn’t be so quick to judge. Why shouldn’t we adults be able to enjoy a game like this? There is plenty about it that we can enjoy. 

Before you go expecting a romp like the Lego Star Wars and Marvel properties, Bluey isn’t like that. It is definitely primarily aimed at kids, focusing more on the building and playing with the figures aspect of Lego. Which honestly sounds like it would be an amazing way to just relax and unwind after work. 

There are no stakes, you can’t die by touching water, and you won’t get jump scared as you turn a corner. It is just a lovely, stress-free activity. It is also a good way to express your creative side, which can be harder as you get older. Unless you are lucky enough to draw, write, animate, or what have you for a living, it can be hard to scratch that itch.

I know I don’t necessarily have the room for actual Lego, or easels to paint with. And of course, we can’t forget the biggest feature for adults, although this is specific to those with kids. It would be a great way to bond with them. Besides, Bluey isn’t a bad show; it can be quite funny. So, why not pick up Lego Bluey and give it a go?
