Guardian Tales is crossing over with Clevatess in a limited-time event

One of the saddest times in a geek's life is when they have to admit that they can’t keep up with new manga and anime anymore. Apparently, a thing called Clevatess exists and is incredibly popular. While I am just in a corner, worshipping Vegeta still. Anyway, the point is, Clevatess has arrived in Guardian Tales. 

I did a bit of research, and I got to say, Clevatess sounds pretty cool. It opens with the titular Clevatess wiping out a squad of heroes and then destroying a kingdom. He then adopts a baby and revives one of the people he just casually offed and forces her to help him be a parent as he explores the world. It is certainly new.

This crossover kicked off today and will last precisely one month, until March 17th. We like to see the strict structure. During this event, the popular Klen and his friends, whose names I definitely know, will be drawn into the world of Guardian Tales, with a special story unfolding about their adventures. Hopefully, he doesn't destroy this kingdom. 

As a kick-off, Lord of Dark Beasts Klen and Kid Wet Nurse Nelluru will be added as limited-time heroes, and I’d hate to see how the latter works in battle. You can recruit Nelluru by clearing event missions. Doing this will also net you an exclusive weapon, a limited sticker pack, Latent Awakening Stones, and more. 

Klen himself will be available from a pickup event until March 17th. There will also be a second event, adding Risen Hero Alicia from March 3rd to the 17th, which includes a second exclusive weapon. Finally, during that same timeframe, you can take your new squad mates and tackle bosses taken from the collab story in Boss Rush. If the manga is anything to go by, Clevatess will just scythe through them.
