Wuthering Waves 3.1 begins on February 5, 2026, and will run up until March 19, 2026. The version may be controversial for some players, especially due to its recent "spender event" and poorly optimized file size, but there's no doubt that many Rovers are still excited to see how the story will further unfold.

Here's a quick look at everything you can expect in WuWa 3.1.

The update starts by featuring Aemeath, accompanied by the rerun of Chisa and Lupa. The banner will last until February 26, 2026.

Afterward, the characters will change, with Luuk Herssen debuting with the rerun of Galbrena. The second phase banners will last until the end of WuWa 3.1.

Of course, each Resonator's signature weapon will be available with the character banners.

The story will continue with Chapter 3, Act 3: The Star That Voyages Far. Afterward, you can learn more about Luuk Herssen in his Segue: Afterstory, which will be released with Luuk Herssen's own banner.

Endgame is incomplete without endgame content, so you can expect recurring challenges to refresh. WuWa 3.1 will immediately update the Tower of Adversity, Whimpering Wastes, and Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways. On February 12, 2026, Doubled Pawns Matrix: Pilot will also be there.

Finally, there will be plenty of events in Wuthering Waves 3.1. Let's go over them one by one.

Unsigned Good Wishes is a sign-in event. Log in between February 17, 2026, and March 19, 2026, to get 1600 Astrite and an avatar. Similarly, Gifts of Soft Snow is also a sign-in event. Log in for seven days to get 5 Radiant Tides and 5 Lustrous Tides.

Startorch for You is where you can claim the new Rover outfit, which you should be able to get after doing the most recent main quest.

In Where Stars Cascade Down, you will manage a venue to get a maximum of 800 Astrite, along with other items such as Premium Tuner and Modifier.

Unfrozen Traces is where you can learn about the new area in WuWa 3.1. Explore Roya Frostlands to get up to 500 Astrite. Footprints on Frostlands is also an exploration event, but it's permanent, which explains its measly 180 Astrite rewards.

TERM-X: Outreach offers no Astrite reward, but instead gift upgrade expansion modules for the motorbike. On the contrary, Full Throttle! Bolt & Blitz will come with 600 Astrite rewards.

Fans of card games will also get an update on the Peaks of Prestige, which will come with 200 Astrite for participating. If you prefer fighting with your characters, keep a lookout for the Blade Hunter: Wilderness event, which promises 500 Astrite.

Rein Back! Migration Mayhem is a puzzle mini-game that comes with 400 Astrite rewards.

Finally, small recurring events, such as the Lollo Campaign, Bountiful Crescendo, and Chord Cleansing, will also return in WuWa 3.1.

Whether it's for new characters, a new area, racking up Astrite, or experiencing more of the story, WuWa 3.1 is set to have it all, so don't miss out!
