You can even get a character for free!

Wuthering Waves' collaboration with Cyberpunk has been known for around a year, and we finally have an official update. Rumour has been flying around that the two playable characters for the collab would be Rebecca and Lucy, and based on the recent announcement, this seems to be true.

I'm not even surprised that Kuro decided to drop this after releasing two gorgeous characters, Hiyuki and Denia. It's like they made them precisely to take your Astrite away, then hit you with that Cyberpunk FOMO.

We don't know much about the collab yet, so if you're interested in pulling for the characters, make sure to resist Hiyuki and Denia, at least until more information is available. I mean, they can always pull a Honkai: Star Rail, where their collab banner with Fate/Stay Night has remained available since it first arrived.

You only need to save for Lucy, unless you plan to maximise Rebecca

Thankfully, Rebecca will be a free character, so you only need to pull for her copies if you like her. Meanwhile, Lucy might be a banner-exclusive Resonator.

If the entire rumour turns out to be true, then both Lucy and Rebecca will use Pistols as their weapon. Lucy would be a Spectro Resonator, whereas Rebecca is a Havoc character. From the recent trailer, they honestly fit so well into the world, thanks to Lahai-Roi's futuristic theme, which matches Cyberpunk's style.

Currently, Wuthering Waves is in version 3.3, so the Cyberpunk collab will be added in WuWa 3.4. If things stay on schedule, version 3.3 should end around June 7, 2026, so you can expect more information about Rebecca and Lucy a while before then.

The livestream is usually less than two weeks before the update, so I predict it will be around the end of May.
