Goddess of Victory: NIKKE announces two future collaborations including an iconic anime series

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE has had a run of high-profile collaborations in its past, with the likes of Chainsaw Man, NieR: Automata, and oddly enough Dave the Diver popping over. Now two more storied franchises will enter those ranks, with Stellar Blade and the legendary Evangelion entering the NIKKE land.

Before we get to these crossovers, some original Victory news. On December 28th you can enjoy the New Year Version Update, which will be providing over 100 recruitment opportunities. After this, you can recruit SSR Rapi: Red Hood on January 1st, an awakened Rapi combined with the powerful Red Hood NIKKE.

2025 will be off to an interesting, if slightly delayed start, as the Evangelion anime crossover event is scheduled to kick off. Fan favourite characters such as Rei, Mari, Misato, and Asuka will be popping up, and you can pick up a new SSR Collaboration character. There is even a secret collab character and some skin you can get for free. Don’t forget the additional exclusive character outfits. All this is on top of an original collaboration storyline and mini-game, as well as a specially designed 3D event map.

Our second collaboration is a little further off, in that we have absolutely no solid or even possible release date or details yet. Even the trailer is pretty bland, providing us only that Stellar Blade will be “coming soon” to NIKKE.

Both NIKEE and Stellar Blade are developed by Shift Up, with the latter being the developer's first console project. It sold fairly well, breaching one million copies in the first month, and has quite a few gameplay components in common with NIKKE, which should set it in good stead when the crossover finally happens.
