Hitman World of Assassination announces upcoming Elusive Target will feature a rap god

We come across a lot of weird and wonderful collaborations doing this job, but I don’t know why this one in particular shocked me a lot. Perhaps from sheer excitement. IO Interactive has announced that the next Elusive Target for Hitman World of Assassination will feature Eminem from December 1st to the 31st. So, no more build-up, let’s get down to business. 

In this story, Eminem has contracted Agent 41 to take out his alter ego, Slim Shady. If you follow Eminem's career, as you should, his work is beautiful, you will know this fits his own current storyline. His latest album was The Death of Slim Shady. What more needs to be said? 

As Agent 41 is a modern-day Houdini, he is going in alone, as opposed to the last Elusive Target with Bruce Lee. Eminem said, “You will have to do this one without me," and sent Agent 41 off to Hokkaido, where Slim Shady is lurking. The place has been turned into Popsomp Hills Asylum, a twisted rabbit run with an unhinged tinge to proceedings.

You will need to hunt down the real Slim Shady across multiple areas, including a broadcasting studio. There will be copious homages to Eminem's past, such as the obvious poisoned plate of Mom’s Spaghetti if you wish to kill someone with that venom.

There is also a performance of Houdini, where you can stop and sing for a moment, maybe have a little square dance. Just remember to resume the hunt when the music stops like a good soldier. 

As always, Agent 41 can choose to go stealth, or just lose it and go berzerk. Our man is not afraid of anyone, he can easily be a monster who puts Godzilla to shame. At this point, you will be happy to know, I have run out of workable references. This Eminem level is the start of a new roadmap for WOA, with three returning Elusive Targets, including The Splitter. That is the one with Jean-Claude Van Damme and about ten of his clones. 

For a bit of fun, Holiday Hoarders and Hokkaido Snow Festival are also coming back, and there will be two new Twitch Drops. You can pick up the Solstice Suit, and the Bomb-Ass Dynamite. You just need to watch 30 minutes of WOA on Twitch.
