Armored Frontline: Warzone drops a teaser trailer that misses the mark

It is quite rare to find a genre that is utterly dominated by one or two games. Yes, there are games you would instantly think of for each genre, like Genshin Impact for Action RPG, but for tank combat, I genuinely can’t think of other titles besides World of Tanks and War Thunder. Could VALOFE break into this sacred duo with Armored Frontline: Warzone?

The answer to that question will be shrouded in mystery for a little longer, as we don’t have much concrete data. VALOFE has just dropped a teaser trailer, but it offers precious little information. All it can confirm with absolute certainty is that there will be tanks.

Who would have thought it? 

Honestly, if you are looking to take on World of Tanks, you need considerably more than that; it is not a strong first impression. The website refers to this as a “combat arcade game”, suggesting the action won’t be overly realistic. I think if you are looking for a tank game, you want that aspect of realism; it makes it more fun.

You can deploy three types of tanks: Light Tank for your hit and run pests, Main Battle Tanks for when you want to explode everything in a specific direction, and Infantry Tanks as a somewhat middle ground. If you want fewer tanks in this tank game, try out the Rocket Launcher, a truck loaded with explosive ordnance. If that isn’t enough and you want zero tanks in this game, pull out the Tank Destroyer.

For those who are finding it hard to hit these massive targets, there is an auto-aiming feature, but you can’t pinpoint weak spots with it. What you can do, though, is blow up your allies with friendly fire, so be careful.

Besides these little tidbits, we will have to wait for the next drop of information, and hopefully, it will be something that makes Armored Frontline: Warzone stand out.
