Arkinights: Endfield opens up applications for its revamped second beta test

I never really got into the original Arknights. It is a big game, and it does look cool, but I can never dive into a tower defense title. However, Arknights: Endfield I do like the look of. A 3D RPG based in the same franchise sounds fun.

If you share this opinion, then you will be glad to hear there is a second Beta Test kicking off on November 28th.

Since the first test, Gryphline has been hard at work taking a wrench to Endfield and giving it quite the tune-up. Which might be an understatement. The whole storyline has basically been re-done to make it more engaging. New cutscenes and dialogue animations have been added, in which player choices influence the outcome.

You can also head over to Wuling, an Eastern-inspired area blending with futuristic elements. Exploring this area will be made easier, thanks to the nine new operators. If you are anything like me, though, you will only care about the three six-star characters, who are Ardelia, Last Rite, and Pogranichnik.

It isn’t all action RPG that Endfield will be offering. There will also be a Factory System. Endministrators will be in charge will running and expanding the Automated Industry Complex, using it to create a whole host of items that will make combat a breeze. Or you can whip out your camera and try the photo mode instead, if that is more your speed.
