Sigrika and Qiuyuan are the first banners in Wuthering Waves 3.2
Echo team go!
There are many types of damage dealers in Wuthering Waves, like Basic Attack DPS, Heavy Attack DPS, and even Skill and Ultimate DPS. A while back, Wuthering Waves released a new type of damage dealer, called Echo Skill DMG.
Echo has been an important part of WuWa's gameplay and story. The story of WuWa revolves around some sort of sounds and frequencies, which is why the in-game terms are always in this theme. For the gameplay part, Echoes are the equivalent of non-weapon equipment for a character. It's like Artifact in Genshin Impact, or Relic in Honkai: Star Rail, if you play either of those games.
So, Echo DMG is not something new. When you cast a character's main Echo, you deal Echo DMG as the Echo attacks the enemy under your control. For characters, Echo Skill DMG is basically a normal Resonator attack, but the damage is considered as Echo Skill DMG, effectively opening a new type of damage dealer.

Sigrika and Qiuyuan both revolve around Echo Skill DMG
Echo Skill was first introduced with Cantarella. Back then, this immediately doomed her on the tier list, since no one really used Echo Skill. Thankfully, her purpose becomes clear three versions later with the release of Phrolova, the first Echo Skill DPS.Ever since then, Kuro Games have released several characters that uses this type of damage, like Galbrena, Qiuyuan, and Sigrika.
Qiuyuan is a niche buffer for Echo Skill DMG, but he's the best at it, able to boost top-tier characters like Galbrena and Phrolova. Now, Sigrika will join the lineup of Resonators that Qiuyuan can support.
That's probably why the two banners are running together. This way, you can get the DPS, then the support shortly after. If it were up to me, though, I'd rather have Qiuyuan on the second phase so I can save up a little more Astrite.
Anywho, you have until April 9, 2026, to pull for Sigrika and Qiuyuan. This translates to the usual three weeks banner time.
