Raid: Shadow Legends brings one of Ubisoft’s most iconic series to the game

I have mixed feelings on Raid: Shadow Legends. It is genuinely a decent game, but I am sick of watching those awfully acted adverts for the Alice characters on every YouTube video. Plarium should stick to its animated adverts. However, the scales might be tipping, as Raid is introducing a trope of assassins to the mix.

And not just any assassins, for characters from Ubisoft's smash hit series, Assassin's Creed, will be entering the fray. Sadly, there are no Frye twins or Eivor in sight, but we have one of the greatest characters from the series: Edward Kenway. He will be joined by Ezio, Kassandra, Basim, and Bayek.

Now, I am aware that the most famous of that group is Ezio, but I counter with this: Was he also a pirate? The answer is no; therefore, Kenway wins. An assassin, a pirate, and ship gameplay? Black Flag was amazing. No matter who your favorite is, you will be able to recruit them from now until April 8th, ample time to collect them all.

Speaking of collecting, here is how you get each of them. Poster boy Ezio is available simply by logging in for 7 days. You can also grab some Ezio cosmetics for 14 days. Kassandra can be obtained through Fusion until January 24th, with events and tournaments available to get the required resources. Then she will move over to shards only until April.

And speaking of shards, that's how you get Kenway, Basim, and Bayek, along with the occasional in-game event.
