NetEase release 15v15 tank battler Tank Company exclusive to android devices

If there is one thing that all gamers can agree on is that video games are much more fun with explosions, so to capitalise on this NetEase has launched their new tank battle game Tank Company. This new 15v15 tank-filled bonanza is available on Android and involves large-scale realtime battles on historical maps.

Tank Company is a massively multiplayer online tank shooter where players can choose from over 100 historically inspired tanks to hop in and blow everything in sight up with. There will be five different classes to choose from each with its own unique attributes; light, medium, heavy, tank destroyers and self-propelled artillery. The tanks can play several roles in combat, including a long-range sniper which sounds both strange and marvellous. Whilst battling 15 tanks at once may sound like mayhem, the maps will help spread the action. Reaching up to 1 million square meters in size, battles can be set in scorching deserts, abandoned factories and snow-covered towns, based on locations where famous historic battles took place. Each terrain will offer its own challenges and obstacles to conquer, so players will need to learn them all, lest they get stuck on an unassuming rock without cover and become the target for the world's most explosive game of peekaboo.

Unfortunately for those trigger-happy tank commanders, the game features a progression system. Players will start with a basic Tier 1 tank and will have to work their way up to the coveted Tier 8 tanks which have the best stats and weapons. The main mode in the game will be the 15v15 battles, however, Tank Company does feature some extra modes. The two most amusing modes are a Hide and Seek mode which tank stealth is key, and even better, the Low Gravity mode which makes tanks lighter, and hopefully fly when they are rammed.

Tank Company is available to download now on android via the official website, and any player then logs in for two consecutive days will be able to claim goodies such as a Pre-launch Avatar, a 1-day PRemium Account and 5,000 Global EXP to get to those Tier 8s faster.
