Love Game of Dice? Love Sanrio? It’s your lucky day

If you’ve been known to frequent the Game of Dice title and have a penchant for that cute little Japanese cat (who is apparently actually a little girl…), JoyCity’s latest update of the game will be right up your street.

The general gist of the game centres on a table-based board game situation, where players must outsmart enemies using a variety of different cards and skill sets, including Boost Items and Characters who work to bankrupt opponents of their JOY.

The traditional premise aside, this update brings a new kawaii light to the game through the guise of Sanrio’s Hello Kitty & Friends. Bringing a new map, the update sees a whole new environment fittingly adorned with hearts and flowers, with a bunch of special features including a special block (Mary’s Wheel), which works to increase the tolls on the city players are interacting with. In addition to this, players can find a ‘Dimension Shift’, which can be activated by landing on the map’s ‘START’ block.

Another new character comes with the update in the guise of adorable puppy Pom Pom Purin, who brings with him a whole host of features including an exclusive Hello Kitty/Pom Pom Purin dice that can be found for free before June 23rd within the game.

With this new character comes two new special skill cards: ‘Vaulting’ and ‘Doodling”. The former allows players to possess the Gold Ox, whereas the latter allows for a rule where opponents cannot move until the dice rolls a specific set number.
