Garena Free Fire is well-known for teaming up with a variety of different people and organisations. Whether that's sports stars, musicians or even TV shows, they love doing collaborations. Their latest is with Brazilian Football Confederation, a partnership that will run for two years and includes all Brazilian football teams, including the men's national team.

It's a collaboration that certainly makes sense on paper; both Free Fire and football are incredibly popular in Brazil. The partnership will include Free Fire activations at Brazil football matches and exclusive skins and in-game items that players around the world can get.

Players won't have to wait long for these new items either. The two Brazilian national team kits – the iconic yellow and blue – have been added to the game. They are part of the Collection Party event that will run from today until 13th August.

Discussing the partnership, Fernando Mazza, Head of Operations, Garena Brazil said: “We know many of our players are huge football fans, and this collaboration allows them to celebrate their passion for the Brazil football team through Free Fire.”

Meanwhile, Gilberto Ratto, CBF’s Marketing Director said: “Just like Brazil’s football team, Free Fire is a success in the country and accessible to all Brazilian fans. This partnership is one of the most strategic ones for CBF recently, since it will lead us closer to an extremely relevant audience for us, the gamers. With this partnership, we are planning a series of activations focused on the young crowd that will place Brazil’s football team in this ecosystem.”

Garena Free Fire is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
