Claim the One Ring as The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War launches on Amazon Appstore

Arriving neither late nor early, but precisely at a perfect time to corroborate with the new Amazon series Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, the officially licensed mobile strategy game The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War has launched on the Amazon Appstore.

Available in nearly 100 countries, players can now download Rise to War on the Amazon Appstore from September 1st, as well as the App Store and Google Play. Developed by NetEase Games and Warner Bros Interactive, the game is the latest faithful rendition of Middle-earth, based on the iconic series by J.R.R Tolkien and OSCAR film adaptations by Peter Jackson.

The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is a Geo-strategic Seasonal Wargame that allows players to lead their huge armies and expand their territory on a journey to claim the One Ring. Numerous heroic commanders from the famous series are available to recruit, including the ranger turned king Aragorn, the wizard Gandalf and the ring-bearer himself Frodo, amongst others.

A variety of iconic races from the series are available to play as, including Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits, Orcs and more. Players will be able to navigate grand battles with their favourite Lord of the Rings characters, and encounter a myriad of natural resources automatically generated on the map, as well as items that can buff and fortify armies.

Claiming the One Ring is a quest of no small undertaking, and will require both strategy and skill to achieve. Luckily, much like the heroes of the series, the journey does not need to be undertaken alone. Players can achieve victory together with their Fellowship or Warband members,
