7 tips to get ahead of the competition in Dynasty of Dungeons
Playcrab has launched their action-packed new dungeon crawler, Dynasty of Dungeons, today. It errs a little more on the hardcore side than most mobile action-RPGs before it, so here are seven crucial tips to give you a helping hand in your crawl through these demon-infested dungeons.
Train your demons with an effective strategy in mind
Training is expensive, we won't sugar-coat it, so figure out your strategy fairly early on and train your demon with this in mind. For tanky-types, boost your defence ASAP to make sure that your demon doesn't go down before he can swing a hit.
Time and use your Fury Skills effectively
This is an important one, because those fury points do tend to dwindle. Pick the right skill for the occasion and use it at the right time. A good example is FireBee's Fury Skill, which is better to use at either the start of a fight against a weaker opponent, or towards the end of a battle against a stronger one.
Complete your daily missions
Daily missions are short tasks that can be completed daily to earn rewards. They don't take very long to complete and the rewards do add up so try and complete them all if you can.
Don't go crazy with your resources
After a victory in the black tower, you get to choose which type of mana you'd like to earn. Don't just pick any one, because they're used to evolve your demons. Choose which one you'd like to evolve first, then grab the correct type of mana.
Enemy stats are only a tap away
Tap your enemies to see their stats. This is handy at the start of a fight so that you can take down the opponent which poses the most threat.
Collect your gold often
After conquering regions and unlocking demons on the map, you'll start accruing taxes. Collect these often from the Overlord's Tower so that you don't lose incoming tax when your coffers are full. Gold pops in every 30 minutes.
Don't buy items from the pirate ship at the start
A lot of the items that can be purchased at the pirate ship are unlocked later for free anyway, so save this for the endgame.Dynasty of Dungeons is available now from the App Store [download].
