GoGo Muffin teams up with Shangri-La Frontier to bring a big wolf to the game along with some less important things
Did I mention the wolf?
Since launching towards the end of last year, I think it is safe to say that XD Games’ MMORPG GoGo Muffin hasn’t set the world on fire. It is just there, in the periphery. Well, a crossover with a popular anime series never hurts one's popularity, so here comes Shangri-La Frontier to the world of muffins.
Now, I don’t know much about Shangri-La Frontier, besides the fact that the protagonist has a bird head, so it is alright in my book. This crossover will last until November 18th, and there is a whole heap of goodies to collect, including outfits and characters. You can also take on the mighty Seven Colossi if you dare.
The event will be broken down into two stages, with the first stage taking place until November 4th. The linchpin here is the limited-time Lycahon the Nightslayer boss battle. A kickass wolf. If you love the design as much as I do, you will be glad to know you can get mount paint to match.

If you wish to dive into a world of whimsy, you can pick up the Emul the Magic Bunny costume. Dissapoingly, it is the outfit of human form Emul, not dressing as an actual rabbit. You can, however, traipse into the rabbit kingdom in Rabituza Odyssey, in a bid to earn the Lucky Pineer outfit.
Sadly moving on from wolves, the second stage will run from November 5th till November 18th. The special battle hero is against Wezaemon the Tombguard, a samurai-type being who is the guardian of eternal love and not even slightly a wolf. You can also grab the Tactical Kirin mount paint.
You can don the Psyger-0 outfit, if you wish to emulate one of Shangri-La Frontiers’ top players, which is perfect for the events this time. Tearlight Lake & Battle of the Strongest Players will offer you a chance to win the Conqueror’s Headband and Panchirgon Earrings. But most importantly, there's a big wolf in the other event.
GoGo Muffin is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
