Crystal of Atlan gets a lot more anime with the release of its newest class

We have both good news and bad news in the world of Crystal of Atlan. Let’s start with the bad: the Digimon collaboration has ended, which is truly heartbreaking. However, Nuverse has now officially launched its latest class for COA, and it is one I am very happy about.

First, let’s quickly blast through the PC-centric part of the announcement. Crystal of Atlan is taking part in Steam Next Fest from October 13th, with a demo available to try. It will then launch on October 30th. Good news for Nuverse and PC gamers. Now, let’s laugh in their face as we try out this new class right now.

Enough with the secrecy, then, although that is very apt for this character. The Assassin has arrived, and I am already agonising between maining him or staying Swordsman. He comes packing two daggers, which almost immediately elevates him above every other class, because dual-wielding is the best.

For the Assassins' two advanced classes, you can pick between wide attacks or living your Naruto-themed dreams. The Mirage is all about coverage as much of the area in front of you with projectiles as possible, making him lovely for taking out groups. The Specter, on the other hand, is more of your average video-game ninja. He creates clones of himself to attack with, and his skills have him teleporting all over the shop.

To celebrate his launch, there are multiple servers opening with exclusive rewards between September 17th and October 8th. You can nab yourself epic gear, Arcanite of Adore, Bound Gold, and more. On top of that, there are Assassin-themed events going on until October 8th.

The top 10 Specter and Mirage Power Rankers will earn some exclusive goodies, and the top three will receive even more rare monikers and enhancement vouchers. Outside of this class-specific competition, the top three teams that clear Queen Coronation – Legend with 5k nullification will earn the Fearless Adventurer title and Prismadiums. Tempered Trials will also honour its top players with titles, enchantment funds, and Prismadiums.
