Sprint for gold in Buddyman Run’s Rio update
Endless runner gets a Rio makeover
Buddyman Run, the latest endless runner from iDreamSky, has been given a sporting-themed update ahead of Rio 2016.
You can now put your running skills to the test within a colourful new map, hopping hurdles on a track surrounded by trophies, footballs, parrots and torches. There’s even a fun new character to choose, a skeet shooter, well equipped to blast through the obstacles in your way.

The latest update also throws in a literal endless runner mode, where you have to frantically dodge obstacles for as long as you can. It mixes together the best bits of the standard toy shop map and the new sports event-themed track – one minute you’ll be leaping a treacherous toy train, the next channeling your inner Colin Jackson as you zip over hurdles. But there’s still the 150+ mission mode for more goal-oriented gameplay.
Buddyman Run was originally only available from the App Store, but the latest update is on Google Play as well, so everyone can get running - from the comfort of their living rooms.
