Taichi Panda 3: Dragon Hunter launched this week to players all over the world. It's a beautiful mobile MMORPG that blends elements of Eastern and Western fantasy. It reminds us of a mix between World of Warcraft and Jade Empire.

MMO's can have a bit of a learning curve when you're starting out, so let's go over a few tips to help you get started in the first few levels of the game. You'll be out and about slaying dragons with your guild members in no time.

Assign your alliance randomly

If you allow the game to assign your alliance at random (you get the chance to choose between Lion Empire and Panda Alliance), you'll earn a pretty hefty gold and diamond bonus. If you'd like to have a bit of an advantage in the beginning, tap the circle in the middle of the screen to be randomly sorted.

Note that you'll have different job classes open to you depending on which side you choose. People in the Lion Empire get to choose from Berserker (melee), Priest (healer), Ice Mage (black mage), and Scout (ranger), while the Panda alliance gets access to the Swordsman (melee), Healer, Rune Mage (black mage), and Scout. Decide if you need to have the freedom to choose among these classes before going random, but it's worth noting that they're not drastically different.

Don't forget to cash in on your free rewards

Taichi Panda 3 is quite generous, handing out daily log-in bonuses and other goodies for free just for playing the game. Tap the "bonus" button at the top right corner to see all of the free coins and other items you have access to. This will update every few hours, and it's a great way to build up a solid collection of gear early on.

Tap on your active quest to auto-run to the next NPC or objective

This is a lifesaver, especially if you're playing on a phone that has a smaller screen. If you tap on your active quest on the left hand side of the screen, your character will automatically start running to the NPC you need to talk to. This will keep you from wasting time trying to seek out NPCs amongst all of the player characters.

Stagger your enemies

When you fill the orange bar next to an enemy's health meter, you'll stsagger them, leaving them temporarily helpless while you unleash powerful combos on them. Fill up the stagger meter by attacking ruthlessly. Don't be afraid to use any spells at your disposal. Your MP regenerates quite quickly. You can also hold down the attack button to automatically lay into your opponent, making it much easier to fill the stagger meter.
