Summly Re-Launched: Accurately Summarizes News Stories Into 400 Character Bites

We've told you about Summly before. The previous version would summarize the text from any web page. This update is specifically targeted at summarizing long news stories into 400 word bite-sized quick reads. In my quick test, it does so very well.
The really interesting thing about this professionally done app? It's created by a 17 year old, Nick D'Aloisio.
