Snuggle Truck Goes Free to Play, and Adds New Features

Snuggle Truck, Owlchemy Labs' iOS version of their game Smuggle Truck which initially served as a piece of wry social commentary on US immigration policy, has seen a great deal of content expansion recently. In particular, a custom level creator and sharing tools have been made available on both the iPad and iPhone versions of the game. While several hundred levels have been shared through the game, in an attempt to expand the audience, Snuggle Truck is now free to play as of the 1.6 update. Both the iPad and iPhone versions are now supported by IAP for a new truck, 5 new levels, extended powerup usage, and badges that can be shown off on the title screen, for the purpose of supporting the developers. The game has occasional ads that appear after levels for other apps, and these can be removed with the purchase of the $4.99 silver badge. Previous owners of Snuggle Truck need not fret; ads will automatically be disabled. As well, there is free DLC of 5 new levels, and a new "Freeze Time" powerup available for custom levels. The 1.6 update adding all these new features is available now.
