Best known for producing hugely popular MMO titles, South Korean publisher Webzen is now taking aim at a different genre altogether. PoolTime is a realistic eight ball pool simulator, allowing you to compete in real-time matches against players around the world, excluding Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, India, Myanmar, Sudan, Iran, and Cuba.

PoolTime features 3D graphics, realistic physics and a simple interface, creating an authentic experience of billiards on mobile. The game’s tournament mode, Run-Out, pits you against others in an attempt to pot balls in a row. The more players competing, the greater the prize money up for grabs.

You can practice your swerve and jump shots during Trick Shot Mode, editing and playing back your attempts. There’s also a Practice Mode to get to grips with the basics before you take on opponents.

As you pot your way through PoolTime’s missions, you’ll gain experience, coins and rubies. Levelling up unlocks more missions, and the in-game currency can be used to purchase boosts and upgrades from the shop.

PoolTime has just been officially launched, so why not give it a shot? You can download it for free from the App Store and Google Play. You can also keep up-to-date with events and offer suggestions to the developers on the official PoolTime Facebook page.
