Both Iuno and Augusta are returning in the second phase of Wuthering Waves banner

Tier lists in a game like Wuthering Waves are not something that stays stagnant, as many things can change a tier list ranking. For example, the developer may release a character that pairs so well with someone that it boosts the ranking of that old character. Or, a new enemy appears that requires specific mechanics to defeat. 

But, worst of all, the developer may "nerf" a character on purpose by giving them disadvantages in end-game content. For now, though, both Iuno and Augusta are top-tier characters in Wuthering Waves.

Augusta is a main DPS who relies on Heavy ATK. She has massive single-target and AoE damage, so she works in all combat situations. However, Augusta does have an issue with her timestop mechanics.

Meanwhile, Iuno is supposedly a support, but her damage is so high that she can be a Hybrid unit or even a main DPS. In terms of flexibility, Iuno fits into more teams than Augusta, since her kit is more supportive. However, the best part about the current WuWa banners is that both Iuno and Augusta are the best pair for each other.

Iuno buffs Heavy ATK, which makes up for most of Augusta's damage. She pairs well with Augusta's playstyle and can even benefit from Augusta's universal damage buff.

Mornye enters Wuthering Waves as a top-tier support, outperforming Verina

Verina and Shorekeeper have been the universal go-to healers for almost any team in Wuthering Waves, so it's a big deal that Mornye manages to outperform Verina for the top spot. Mornye is also a healer-buffer, but what puts her ahead is the fact that she buffs the new Tune mechanics, making her the best option in her niche.

Whether it's to complete an existing team or to keep up with the future Tune meta, the second phase banners for Wuthering Waves 3.0 are lined up with powerful Resonators that you shouldn't miss out on.
