Valhalla Survival thrusts you into the most deadly realm in summer update
We all love the Norse mythology, and if you are sitting there thinking, “Well, I don’t”, then I hate to tell you but you’re wrong. You do. Valhalla Survival obviously takes its root from this most hallowed subject, and they are shaping up to delve into the most frightful realm of all in their summer update.
Chapter 7 will take you into the heart of Niflheim, a land drenched in a thick fog. This near-impenetrable blanket hides a world of frozen tundra and deadly terrain. Depending on the source you read, it is also ruled over by Hel, mistress of death. Not a place you want to rush into unprepared.
Even more treacherous is the new Abyss Difficulty, a level beyond the current Nightmare mode. To take it on, you will have cleared Stage 30 of Chapter 3 in Nightmare, so your reward for clearing a difficult task is an even harder one. You will get materials for crafting powerful Mythic equipment, though, so it's worth it. I guess?

That is not all you can gather here, either. You will start to fill your pockets with skill boosters, which are usable in the Skill Enhancement System. Here you can upgrade your skills, rather self-explanatory. A nice few rewards for conquering Nightmare, and to help you in that quest, our skill repertoire has expanded.
Thanks to the introduction of the Lightning Chain common skill, you can now live your deepest Thor fantasies. Casting this will unleash a linked attack made up of electric orbs and beams. Monsters who stumble into either will take damage and have their movement hindered, and probably get some crazy new hairstyle.
Team up with your friends and take on the weekly guild missions for some generous rewards, or unravel the mystery of the Tome of Fortune. This book lets you enhance your active and passive skill levels are you play, a neat trick to pick up.
