Unison League is crossing over with that most legendary of series in Persona collaboration
You could put Persona in any game and I would instantly download it
After being active for over 10 years, Ateam Entertainment is courting disaster with its RPG Unison League by collaborating with the harbinger of disaster, Persona 5. It has become a trend that mobile games that cross paths with Persona 5 shutter within the year, so let’s hope it will be worth rolling those dice.
Happily, for me at least, this crossover is also packing some Persona 3 and Persona 4. Each entry will have its time in the spotlight, starting with Persona 3 from March 1st to the 11th. Persona 4 will pick up the mantle from then until the 19th, with Persona 5 taking over the end of the relay from the 19th till the 31st.
Unison League is getting new Persona characters
Of course, the biggest draw of this crossover will be the characters. The likes of Makoto Yuki and Aigis will join from P3, the best duo of Yu Narukami and Yukiko Amagi grace us from P4, and then P5 will offer Joker and Queen. That is but a small sample, and in fact, even characters who don’t regularly battle will be taking part.
The denizens of the Velvet Room are also ready for a scrap, with Elizabeth, Margaret, and the pairing of Justine and Caroline will be up for grabs, too. Speaking of Rooms, Unison League will let you customise yours with a host of Persona-themed goodies. No doubt Igor will be popping up here.
To pick up these characters, you will need to clear collab-exclusive Quests to earn points. Amass enough, and you will be able to claim Summoning Scrolls for these special heroes. You will also be pocketing 10 pulls for each day of the collaboration that you log in, and I genuinely might be downloading this just to have Yu and Makoto in the same team. I am still not over the end of Persona 3.
Unison League is available to download from the App Store and Google Play, for now. The curse counter has started ticking.
