Back in June of last year, Stumble Guys netted what has to be their greatest crossover; Looney Tunes. It is a cartoon institution for a reason because it is absolutely hilarious. And clearly, it was a success in gaming terms as well, because Bugs is back, with a neat twist.

It is ninja stars and revolvers at high noon, as Looney Tunes are pitting Cowboys against Ninjas, at least, on the movie set that is, because we are going to Stumblewood on a new map. You will pick your side and head into a shooter experience against the opposing team, on a map strewn with nods to classic films. You won’t be able to dive on this level, instead, this mechanic is replaced with a good old-fashioned roll. Using this grants you temporary invulnerability, helping you reposition and cross between covers. Unfortunately, you are limited to three rolls, but they do recharge over time, so time your acrobatics wisely. Just make sure you don't roll in front of that train that passes through the level periodically.

Of course, this wouldn’t be Looney Tunes without a heaping help of Acme-themed explosions, would it? Take a trip to the Factory Fiasco map, and step onto a conveyor belt full of items that want to send you hurtling off into space. Just to make things a little more chaotic as you dodge mach-speed obstacles, part of the belt will suddenly just drop, meaning you will need to look ahead and below.

This cross-over brings with it the usual array of cosmetics to collect, including six cowboy and ninja-themed Stumblers. These include Ninja Daffy, Cowboy Bugs, and Yosemite Sam. Guess which side he is on? You can also nab the Coyote’s Dream Victory Animation, some Tumbleweed Footsteps, and the Bugs Shooting Emote.

Stumble Guys is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
