The Frozen Canvas adds a splash of colour to Torchlight: Infinite

It is time to grab your gloves and layer up, as Torchlight: Infinite is diving into the frozen tundra in its sixth season. The Frozen Canvas is a colourful new update that brings a stylish flair to the Netherrealm and puts creativity in the spotlight.
Indecisive players will welcome the release of Selena, a dual-form hero who can flip between roles. Bard form is supportive, channelling spells and slowing enemies. Meanwhile, jump over to Loud Song mode and whilst you might be a little slower, you can destroy foes with powerful attacks. If you followed the recent campfire chat with maxroll, then you know all about this new mechanic, revolving around painting and canvases. Here you will collect Snowpaper Fragments and magical paints in the Netherrealm, and combine them in order to create customised maps.

After you have made your own maps, you can enter them and beat up the monster to earn exclusive loot. You can create your own combinations to unlock new areas, hidden treasures, complete objectives, and more. It isn't exactly building your own specific dungeon, but it is a pretty cool idea.
For those who want to tweak their builds a bit, how does an extra 100 support skill effects sound? It is a staggering number and one that will lead to hours of trailing new ideas. Especially with the release of the dual-form Selena. Crafters can enjoy an upgrade to non-legendary gear crafting in the form of more predictable, strategic outcomes.
After gearing up your character with new skills and gear, you can head over to the Supreme Showdown. This endgame content will pit you against a series of powerful foes, but victory will be worth it. Complete the challenge, and you can claim a legendary Drop Pactspirit from past seasons.
Torchlight: Infinite is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
