Blue Archives latest event kicks off with a thrilling trip to the local water park

I am well aware that the Western-world version of Blue Archive gets staggered events from the Asian version, but the timing will still always amuse me. As we sit here in winter freezing our assets off, the Say-Bing! The event begins in Blue Archive and is centred around a water park, which is one of the least appealing activities right now.

This new story will follow the Valkyrie Police School students, the best-named of the schools. Kanna, Fubuki, and Kirino will be taking on extra work, moonlighting as lifeguards at the water park. New student Elephs, pyroxenes, and more can be earned by finishing the update. You could also check out the behind-the-scenes feature through the Valkyrie Blues Webview Event.

Of course, the most important part of these updates is the new students, this time Kirino (Swimsuit). She is a Mystic support who can use her EX skill to deploy a cover that increases the attack of allies within a circular range for 45 seconds. It also inherits a decent portion of Kirinos HP. You can recruit her for free by completing the event's first mission.

To complete the set, you can recruit Kanna (Swimsuit) and Fubuki (Swimsuit) through the Pick-Up Recruitment Event, lasting until January 6th. Kanna can deal huge damage to a target as she reduces their defence, and Fubuki can nuke enemies in a circular range, whilst also penetrating their shields.

The Furt of Set (Light Armor) season was also recently released and will be lasting until January 22nd. You can earn yourselves Credit Points, Enhancement Stones, Workbooks, and other such resources by taking part. Perfect for boosting up your newly acquired units.

Finally, starting January 7th you can start earning some special rewards by simply watching Youtube videos. You can tap the Valyrie Blues (Web Event) banner in the top right of the game lobby for the full details, but watching will net your items such as five Gift choices Boxes and Expert Permits.
