Neverness to Everness debuted strongly, as players have been waiting for a long time for this "anime GTA." While the reality is less GTA and more anime, the game has a lot to offer and a ton of things to do. From my two days of gameplay, I like the balance of city gameplay and combat, so I'm hoping the game will have proper endgame content.

Since its primary monetization model is gacha, the developer has prepared two banners for version 1.0, and both already look great. The first character, Nanaly, can defy gravity and move on the side of a building, whereas the next character, Hotori, will have the ability to stop time, even in the open world.

We're not even a week into the game, yet Hotta Studio has already teased two new characters, likely for version 1.1.

Neverness to Everness first teased Lacrimosa, an S-Class Esper who will bear the Chaos attribute. Then, the developer also posted a drip marketing for Chaos (Chaos is his name, not his attribute), who will be a Lakshana character.

Since Chaos and Lakshana are separated by the Psyche attribute, the two characters likely won't synergize together, especially if both are damage dealers. However, if one of them ends up being a support, there's a chance that they can work together.

As of version 1.0, there's only one Lakshana character, which is Hathor. She's one of the S-Class Esper available from the Standard Banner. There's also only one Chaos character, which is Daffodil, also an S-Class from the Standard Banner.

Nanaly's banner in NTE 1.0 will end on May 13, followed by Hotori's banner, which will end on June 3. This means that we'll have to wait until around June 3 or June 4 to know more about Lacrimosa and Chaos.
