Straight from Hong Kong, Paxifi has rolled onto the App Store. It's designed to let taxi and limo drivers sell convenience goods to their customers easily during their trip. These can include things like snacks, drinks, headache tablets, umbrellas, sunscreen, and so on. Paxifi can basically turn a cab or limo into a mobile store.

All drivers have to do is register their store, choose what they want to sell, and download a sticker that contains a QR code. Paxifi provides riders a catalog to browse through as they ride and keeps track of sales to make it easy to see results.

Tempo AI updated their Tempo Smart Calendar last month, with the integration of Waze and easier event creation among the features added. Today, the app will receive another update - this time to add in Uber support, making it the first (and currently only) calendar app with Uber integration.

Within the app, users can now see estimated Uber pick-up times and possible car types and fares, and make a request for a trip from within the app. If they make a request, the driver will already know where to pick up from and were to go, as these details are passed over from the calendar to Uber.

NexTaxi is an app that keeps the rider’s needs in mind. Thanks to their iOS device’s GPS functionality users can call for and track a taxi, while the app finds a nearby licensed (very important) car to send. It actually integrates into the dispatching system to make finding a cab (and a fare) easier and faster.
