Microsoft OneNote for iPad
Microsoft gets further into the iOS game with this note taking app for the iPad. In true Microsoft style, there are plenty of features along with some wheel reinvention - Skydrive, anyone? Still, the app allows the creation of searchable text notes, pictures and bullet lists, and access those notes online at

MTV WatchWith
Second screen apps are all the rage these days, and MTV isn't one to be left behind. This one allows users to browse and view tons of video clips, photos, and blog posts about the MTV show they may be watching, as well as real time or recorded comments from other folks doing the same thing.

Bon Jovi: World Tour
The venerable rock band tours from Hawaii to Portugal, then creates an app to tell you all about it: "From the front row to backstage, you have never seen Bon Jovi this close." With a huge photo gallery, music player, facts and figures of the tour and audio commentary from Jon Bon himself, this looks like a must for Bon Jovi fans.

Hex Empire
This one looks like a cross between the world domination of Risk and the hexagonal playing board of Catan, bragging of 30 million plays as a Flash game. Conquer 54 different maps, with Game Center leaderboards for highest score, fewest turns and most stars achieved.
