Shooting or flinging birds across the screen is a popular pursuit for iOS gamers. It doesn’t take long on the App Store to find numerous titles just like this and indulge in poultry massacre. One such game that’s “oddly satisfying” is Shoot The Birds with its endless shooting style of gameplay.

That gameplay is set to return with developers Infinite Dreams’s latest title, Shoot The Zombirds, which is currently in production. It promises to combine Shoot The Birds gameplay with everyone’s favorite member of the undead: the humble zombie.

We’ll have a teaser trailer to show here very soon. For now though, check out the game artwork below that presents part of the story behind the classic tale of bird and zombie shooting.

This is also the ideal time to get acquainted with the world of Shoot the Birds which is available on the App Store, priced at $0.99 for an Universal build.
